Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects. You will oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management teams, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and strong client satisfaction.

You will supervise field operations, manage contracts and subcontracts, and drive project performance while mentoring junior staff and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, construction science/management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience with DB/EPC projects in power delivery.
• Familiarity with engineering, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from project inception through completion.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, and construction activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and changes.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure alignment and communication across teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, values, and progress reporting monthly.
• Oversee field operations, subcontracts, and vendor management to support on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environment, and QA/QC plans.
• Mentor junior staff and promote internal standards and procedures.
