Job summary

Quanta-Services’ QISG unit is seeking a Project Manager I to lead design-build/EPС projects, supervising field operations and managing subcontracts and purchase orders on site.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment in transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Experience with engineering, estimating, scheduling, bidding, and prime contracts administration.

Responsibilities

• Manages integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion.
• Oversees engineering design, procurement, scheduling, and construction management.
• Manages prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and customer satisfaction.
• Develops project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinates with customers and field teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Performs change management and cost reviews.
• Mentors junior staff and adheres to company policies.
