Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an EPC Contracts Manager to ensure effective contract implementation across projects, protect contractual rights, and enforce terms and conditions.

This role drives contract management tools usage, monitors compliance, and identifies potential claims and penalties while pursuing opportunities across each contract. The role reports to the EPC team and collaborates with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Project Execution to safeguard project interests and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or Legal Studies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate EPC contracts & consortium agreements reviews and handoffs between Commercial Operations and Project Execution Teams.
• Ensure teams understand contract requirements and how to implement them using templates.
• Contribute to Contract Management Tools: Contract Summary Database, Templates, Claims Register, Log, SOPs.
• Assist project teams with correspondence tracking to support rapid defense of claims.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Logistics, Legal and Finance.
• Review project risks and opportunities with the team.
• Support schedule analysis and forensic scheduling with project schedulers.
• Partner with project manager in client meetings, negotiations, and claims strategies.
• Maintain accuracy of all commercial project data during execution.
