Job summary

Fermi America seeks an EPC Operations Commercial Manager to serve as SME for contracts and commercial alignment across Project Matador. This role connects Operations, Procurement, Project Controls, and Legal to ensure contract terms and change actions are consistent and defensible.

You will translate field events into commercial actions and support the full lifecycle of EPC/major vendor agreements from formation through administration, change management, disputes, and closeout, with travel up to

Qualifications

• EPC contract structures, change management, claims, and commercial correspondence expertise.
• Experience working with legal counsel on contract interpretation, disputes, and formal notices.
• Strong drafting skills for commercial letters, position papers, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for EPC, contracting terms across Operations, Procurement, Project Controls, and Legal.
• Bridge between Project Controls change management and Legal; ensure disposition is contractually grounded.
• Support procurement in commercial negotiations, bid evaluations, and terms alignment for new awards and amendments.
• Develop and maintain commercial procedures, templates, and workflows with Legal, Procurement, and Project Controls.
