African Power Platform in CT is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contracts on power projects through construction. You are the contract point on the project, coordinating with the legal team to prepare, review and negotiate contracts, and ensuring contractors meet signed terms.

You will pick up issues on site early to prevent claims or delays, interact with contractors, the owner's engineer and the independent engineer, and report to the Director Legal: Business Development.

Responsabilités

• You are the contract point on the project.
• Work with the legal team on preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Hold contractors to what they signed, and pick up issues on site early so they do not turn into claims or delays.
• Contractors, the owner's engineer and the independent engineer come to you on anything contractual.
