Job summary

Spring Recruits is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC projects from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, safety, quality, and client relations, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years of project management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools to drive successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant project management experience in transmission, distribution, or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and cost controls; manage budgets and cash flow.
• Negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; manage risk reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with permits and standards.
• Maintain client relations, prepare reports, and present to management.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on deliverables and procurement plans.
• Mentor interns and junior staff; manage staffing and field supervision.
• Manage documentation turnover, project closeout, and recordkeeping.
