Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. in Dallas seeks a Construction Manager to lead site activities from start to substantial completion, coordinating with Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver on client expectations.

You will drive planning, safety, quality, and cost control while interfacing with the client and internal teams. The role requires EPC project experience, site leadership, and strong knowledge of HSE/QMS/EMS, with travel to project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years EPC Project Management experience preferred.
• 3+ years Solar or T&D EPC experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 75-100%.
• Advanced knowledge: Change orders, Scheduling, Permits, Procore, Bluebeam, P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety, quality and environmental compliance to meet project specs.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field reports to track progress.
• Maintain and communicate project schedule updates and cost forecasts.
• Lead change orders, permits, and client notifications as required.
• Provide leadership to project team and stakeholders on site.
