• HVAC experience required.

• Valid driver’s license required in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair to apartment homes and property facilities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units and electrical systems.
• Repair plumbing, carpentry, locks and other appliances.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and document repairs.
• Follow up with residents after repairs.
