Abbott is a global healthcare leader with a focus on AFib and Structural Heart devices. The Territory Manager, Electrophysiology is a field-based role targeting the Charleston region, working with regional leadership to achieve annual sales targets and expand market opportunities.

The role involves coordinating with clinical consultants, negotiating contracts, and educating customers on device usage and value.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 5+ years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology sales.

Responsibilities

• Sells Abbott products by scheduling calls with current and potential customers to meet revenue and unit growth targets.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition and pricing needs.
• Creates action plans using monthly/quarterly data to identify account needs and drive sales goals.
• Identifies key accounts, clinicians, and decision makers to address patient care needs.
• Observes procedures in labs and ORs to understand physician and staff requirements.
• Establishes pricing packages with Abbott Vascular personnel to meet customer needs.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales and identify purchasing decision makers.
• Provides sales support through training, launches, updates, and customer education.
