Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking an EP Territory Manager to drive Electrophysiology sales across an assigned region, coordinating Direct Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists to support ablation procedures with Abbott EP devices.

The role requires at least 5 years in EP or CRM sales, a technical degree, and strong relationship skills with physicians and hospital staff; you will manage profitability, budgets, and compliance while pursuing region targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of EP or CRM sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Working knowledge of domestic regulations relative to the medical device industry.
• Ability to analyze technologically complex devices and communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Lead EP strategy within assigned territory to meet sales, market penetration and profitability targets.
• Coordinate Direct Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists for ablation procedures.
• Manage profitability and operating expenses as a percentage of sales.
• Call on physicians, hospitals, and labs to sell Abbott EP devices.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Prepare business plans and travel arrangements; support contract processing and meetings.
