Job summary

Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business seeks an EP Regional Clinical Affairs Manager to support clinical research programs in the field. You will drive site startups, enroll patients, and build strategic partnerships within the territory.

You will develop strong relationships with KOLs, manage multi-country site activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate trials and adoption of EP technologies. Leadership opportunities may arise as you mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of progressively responsible clinical work in cardiovascular field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including international).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary clinical contact for trial sites and drive patient enrollment.
• Lead site launches and manage multi-country site relationships with KOLs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders on clinical projects.
• Mentor staff and support knowledge transfer between clinical and BU teams.
• Develop strategic plans for research partnerships within territory.
