Job summary

Abbott is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Territory Manager in EP to call on physicians and hospitals, selling a range of Abbott medical devices within an assigned territory. The role involves analyzing sales data, conducting market reviews, and promoting new products with medical professionals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cardiovascular medical devices, proven leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train staff and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of clinicals and driving sales activity.
• Ability to analyze technologically complex devices and direct others.
• Proven track record delivering sales/marketing information for decision making.
• Experience selling EP disposables, capital equipment, and service/warranty.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, physicians, hospitals, and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians and hospitals to sell Abbott medical devices in an assigned territory.
• Conduct marketing surveys and territory analyses; attend trade shows and conferences.
• Provide training and education on product use to medical professionals.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and expense/account documentation.
• Develop strong customer relationships and service ongoing needs.
