Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Tech for full-time day shift. Responsibilities include supporting diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, maintaining sterile field, and coordinating supplies and equipment with the clinical team.

This role requires RCIS/RCES/ARRT certification or 3 years EP experience, BLS, and ACLS within 1 year. Excellent teamwork and meticulous attention to protocol are essential in delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Certification RCIS / RCES / ARRT or 3 years Cath Lab/EP experience.
• CVT Tech
• Allied Health Degree.
• Current BLS from AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures including preparation of supplies and instruments, sterile field, cardiac catheters, guide-wires and devices.
• Injection of contrast media and medications under physician supervision.
• Documentation of procedures and patient information according to hospital policy.
• Assist to coordinate procedure schedule as assigned.
• Assist with inventory control as directed by the supervisor/manager.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
