Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking an Electrophysiology Lab Tech for full-time day shifts with no on-call requirements. You will support diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, manage supplies, operate imaging and medical devices, and ensure patient care follows hospital policies in a fast-paced cardiovascular setting.

The role requires RCIS/RCES/ARRT certification or 3 years of Cath Lab or EP experience, plus BLS and ACLS within 1 year.

Qualifications

• RCIS/RCES/ARRT certification or 3 years Cath Lab or EP experience.
• CVT Tech qualification noted in job requirements.
• Allied Health Degree required for the role.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required; ACLS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including data interpretation.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures, prep supplies and sterile field.
• Inject contrast media and medications under physician supervision.
• Document procedures and patient information per hospital policy.
• Coordinate procedure schedule as assigned.
• Assist with inventory control as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
