Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking a full-time EP Lab Tech for day shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–5:00pm. No call is required. You will provide technical assistance for diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, including supplies, equipment operation and imaging.

Responsibilities include hemodynamic/ECG monitoring, scrub assistance, contrast administration, documentation, and coordinating the procedure schedule with a focus on patient safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certification as RCIS/RCES/ARRT or 3 years Cath Lab/EP experience.
• CVT Tech
• Allied Health Degree
• Current BLS issued by AHA or Red Cross
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire/transfer

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic/EP procedures and prepare supplies.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and cardiac catheters/devices.
• Inject contrast media and medications under physician supervision.
• Document procedures and patient information per policy.
• Coordinate procedure schedule as assigned.
• Assist with inventory control as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Support the mission, vision and values of the organization
