Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking an Electrophysiology Lab Technician for a full-time day shift. You will assist with diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, monitor patients, scrub and prepare equipment, and help maintain sterile fields.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to hospital policies. The position requires RCIS/RCES/ARRT certification or equivalent cath lab experience, an allied health degree, current BLS, and ACLS within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Certification as RCIS, RCES or ARRT or 3 yearsCath Lab or EP experience.
• CVT Tech experience
• Allied Health degree held
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS within 1 year of hire/transfer

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring and interpret data.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures; prepare supplies, sterile field, and devices.
• Inject contrast media and medications as directed by physician.
• Document procedures and patient information per hospital policy.
• Coordinate procedure schedules and assist with inventory control.
• Support the organization's mission and values.
• Other duties as assigned

Education
