Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical support to an enterprise operations center and monitoring enterprise systems and networks.

• Monitor systems for events or alerts.
• Coordinate and manage resolutions of events and alerts.
• Monitor and identify problem areas and coordinate resolutions.
• Apply IT concepts, processes, and procedures on technical assignments.
