Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in environmental compliance or regulated waste management.
• Experience interpreting and applying environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, and applicable state hazardous waste rules).
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of regulated waste compliance projects and activities, including SOPs, workflows, and inspection routines.
• Apply risk management methods such as waste compliance audits and site inspections to monitor thresholds and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with site teams and partners to clarify waste compliance requirements and drive consensus.
• Identify process improvements to increase conformance and reduce risk across sites.
• Prepare clear documentation, status reports, audit results, metrics, and communications.
