Veolia North America is hiring Environmental Technicians to join a team focused on safe handling of hazardous waste and regulatory compliance. You will assist with consolidation, treatment, storage, transport and disposal of waste in accordance with procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Must lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Stand and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Read labels and documentation with good depth perception.
• Able to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate, treat, store, transport and dispose of hazardous waste per regs.
• Operate forklift and other mobile equipment to move containers.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled areas.
