Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an Environmental Technician to consolidate, treat, store, pack, transport and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with regulatory practices. You will maintain detailed records and support operations at client sites.

The role requires 2+ years of hazardous materials experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Starting pay is $23.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and potential for schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience working with hazardous materials.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate equipment, including a forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Industrial cleaning/Pressure washing, Wastewater treatment, Spill response, facility services.
• Complete required documentation accurately, timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations and customer policies, practices and procedures.
• Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
