Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the department in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will train staff, schedule shifts, manage payroll and expenses, and coordinate maintenance and safety programs while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

This role supervises 50 to 75 employees, reports to the Director, and supports safety and guest satisfaction initiatives across the property.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate/Technical Degree and 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from guests and community members.
• Basic math skills and analytical abilities.
• Intermediate computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Housekeeping with day-to-day operations.
• Train, coach, and counsel Housekeeping staff.
• Manage payroll, operating expenses, and weekly forecasts.
• Prepare weekly employee schedules to ensure coverage.
• Oversee supply orders and storage; ensure proper labeling and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety programs with HR and Engineering.
