Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, or combination with related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing for the day’s workload and next day’s workload using forecast and productivity guidelines.
• Perform Opening the House duties and assign tasks to Housekeepers.
• Coordinate room status updates and communicate with Front Desk for status accuracy.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and assist guests with inquiries.
• Provide safe, clean environments and adhere to safety procedures.
