Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking an experienced EVS Supervisor for its St. Louis operations to lead daily EVS activities, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across all areas of the property.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor labor costs, uphold OSHA regulations, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining cost controls and equipment upkeep in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and have at least a related A.A. degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of EVS experience or equivalent, with minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedures and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily EVS operations and department goals.
• Develop schedules, monitor labor costs, and meet staffing objectives.
• Support budget processes and provide recommendations; ensure OSHA/ safety compliance.
• Promote excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
• Train staff and oversee performance evaluations and feedback.
