Qualifications

• Previous houseperson experience is preferred.
• Full knowledge of company and department rules and procedures.
• Skill in maintaining effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas.
• Check with supervisor for specific area needs.
• Clean and mop all linen rooms.
• Deep clean all rooms in assigned area each quarter.
• Answer and handle service calls quickly.

Skills

Good communication skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Basic math skills

Understanding of company policies
