Waggoner Engineering, Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Market Sector Leader to drive strategy, growth, and delivery excellence across environmental services. This senior role aligns business unit leaders and teams to market priorities, pursuing major opportunities and expanding the client base.

The leader will elevate the firm’s environmental brand, oversee major client pursuits, and ensure high-quality project outcomes with a focus on sustainability and resilience across sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
Typically 15+ years of water-related experience with 7+ years in client leadership.
Professional credentials (PE/PG) preferred; equivalent environmental consulting leadership experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year market strategy and annual plan.
Lead major pursuits, capture plans, and client messaging; partner with marketing on campaigns.
