Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Market Sector Leader to join our team.

The leader will grow the firm in the environmental services market across all business units, building talent and expanding the client base while driving profitable revenue and backlog in water markets. The role requires senior leadership, cross-unit collaboration, and a focus on strategy, delivery excellence, and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering. Geology, Environmental Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or other relevant environmental professional credential preferred; equivalent environmental consulting leadership experience required.
• Typically, 15+ years of progressive water experience, including 7+ years of client leadership and demonstrated pursuit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year market strategy and annual plan for environmental services.
• Lead major client pursuits and account planning in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure delivery excellence with quality systems and risk management across sectors.
• Coach and develop staff across business units to build bench strength.
• Drive sector performance including revenue, backlog, and win rate.
