Republic Services is seeking a General Manager in Fort Mill, SC to lead a Business Unit with full P&L responsibility. The role oversees operations, sales, finance, HR, safety and compliance across multiple sites, driving profitability and strategic initiatives while partnering with customers, vendors and municipal clients.

Travel up to 30% may be required. The candidate will build strong teams, optimize safety programs, and sustain new processes to grow the market and ensure durable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of P & L experience.
• Experience in environmental services industry and labor relations is preferred.

• Drive commercial sales efforts across sectors to achieve growth.
