Republic Services is seeking a General Manager to oversee one Business Unit with full profit and loss responsibility across operations, sales, finance, HR, safety and environmental compliance. You will execute local market strategy, drive efficiency, and partner with customers and municipal entities to grow profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and the ability to manage multiple sites and a diverse team while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of P & L experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic plans within the Business Unit to drive growth and profitability.
• Direct a large staff of functional experts across multiple sites and lines.
• Drive safe operations and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government, community and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
