Job summary

Republic Services in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead one of our Business Units with full P&L responsibility. In a matrix environment, you will manage division-level operations across multiple functions and drive strategic and budgetary performance.

You will oversee collection and post-collection operations, build strong external relationships, ensure safety and compliance, and champion change initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. Travel up to 30% may be required.
