OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping professional to manage day-to-day cleaning and maintenance across the facility. You will perform floor care, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include following supervisor instructions, cleaning schedules, disinfecting areas, and coordinating with departments to meet environmental service needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in a facility.
• Ability to follow schedules and work with supervision.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Good communication with residents, staff and supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Follow supervisor instructions and cleaning schedules for the facility.
• Wash, seal, wax and buff floors; perform maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Clean and disinfect fixtures, walls, doors, ceilings and surfaces as required.
• Clean offices, restrooms, kitchens, lounges, hallways and shared spaces.
• Restock supplies and ensure proper storage of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with staff to address environmental service requests and infection prevention measures.
• Ensure safety signs are used and areas are left clean after duties.
• Support housekeeping/laundry operations as needed.
