Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper/maintenance aide to support daily operations in our Missouri center. You will follow supervisor schedules to keep floors and facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff.

You will perform floor care, basic maintenance, and cleaning tasks across offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring infection prevention and proper use of supplies. The role requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping and floor care.
• Ability to follow schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Comfort with manual cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wash, seal, wax and buff floors according to schedule.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and removing debris.
• Clean and disinfect all fixtures, surfaces, and rooms.
• Work with staff to address environmental services requests and infection prevention.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stored properly.
• Other duties may be assigned.
