Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a housekeeping/maintenance assistant to perform day-to-day cleaning and maintenance in a care facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

The role requires following schedules, cooperating with staff, and maintaining standards in line with policies and dress code. A high school diploma and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• One year of work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping/cleaning in various areas to maintain a sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly center.
• Follow cleaning schedules and assignments to maintain offices, restrooms, activity rooms, kitchens, service areas, entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Cooperate with facility personnel to ensure services meet residents' needs and create a warm, calm environment.
• Adhere to employee policies and dress code.
