Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a diligent Housekeeping Associate to perform day-to-day duties in our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will follow established schedules, maintain restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, and assist with light maintenance as directed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a commercial setting with laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

• One year's work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly conditions.
• Follows cleaning schedules and assignments for offices, restrooms, activity rooms, kitchens, entrances, and common areas.
• Cooperates with facility personnel to meet residents' needs and maintains a calm, welcoming environment.
• Adheres to employee policies and dress code.
