Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Housekeeping/Maintenance staff member to perform day-to-day housekeeping duties in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards. Responsibilities include cleaning various areas to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

• Background in housekeeping procedures in a commercial setting.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping/cleaning duties in various areas to maintain a sanitary, safe, attractive, and orderly environment.
• Receive assignments from supervisor and follow cleaning schedule for offices, restrooms, activity room, kitchen, service entrance, and other areas; perform emergency housekeeping.
• Cooperate with other facility personnel to meet residents' needs and maintain a warm, calm environment.
• Adhere to established employee policies.
• Adhere to established dress code.
