Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience in maintenance/housekeeping or related field.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural maintenance.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and fire safety code for assisted living/memory care.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work (light electrical, painting, carpentry) and can operate and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Ensures facility and equipment are maintained for resident comfort; conducts daily inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines governing maintenance functions in the community.
