Job summary

GFL Environmental Services is seeking a Service Coordinator in Georgia to act as the main contact for client inquiries and coordinate transportation, dispatch, and documentation. You will maintain waste manifests, reconcile invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate service data.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or logistics, proficiency with MS Office and dispatch software, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer service, dispatch or logistics.
• Experience in waste management/environmental services preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and dispatch software; comfortable with new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for client and account manager inquiries.
• Schedule transportation/dispatch and process/reconcile work orders.
• Maintain and reconcile waste manifests, driver tickets, and reports.
• Audit/reconcile vendor invoices and log service updates in the core system.
• Assist clients with waste diversion goals and disposal protocols.
