Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to lead pursuit efforts, develop client-focused narratives, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Southwest region.

You will partner with technical experts and operations leaders to move proposals from capture through submission, while applying strong writing and project management skills and leveraging CRM tools and AI-enabled research to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; post-secondary education or training.
• Three years of relevant, progressively responsible experience; five years preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience, performance, training, and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pursuits, proposals, and business development efforts.
• Guide pursuit strategy and development using market research.
• Write, edit, and polish non-technical content for proposals and materials.
• Manage multiple contributors, deadlines, and priorities with strong organization.
• Mentor junior staff and guide new team members.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with standards and regulations.
• Follow regulatory and company standards in all pursuits.
• Collaborate with technical professionals and leadership to move pursuits forward.
• Leverage CRM and AI tools to improve proposal workflows.
