Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our North Region team. You will manage the pursuit lifecycle—from capture planning to post-submission reviews—and partner with technical experts to craft compelling, client-focused narratives across environmental opportunities.

In this role, you will coordinate proposals, support strategy development, and oversee content production using Word, InDesign, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or leading proposals, pursuits, or business development efforts in a technical professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of the pursuit lifecycle from planning through submission.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for client-focused content.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, proposals, and marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Develop strategies and content with market research insights.
• Ensure marketing materials comply with standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with technical experts.
• Write non-technical content for pursuits and marketing materials.
