Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit processes from start to finish, coordinating proposals and business development efforts.
• Develop pursuit strategy and content with market research guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and guide Marketing Specialists.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal standards and SWCA quality requirements.
• Write non-technical content for proposals and marketing materials.
