About The Role

Our client, a leading environmental and civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering professional to lead and support a wide variety of site development and environmental compliance projects. The role is also open to candidates at the Assistant Project Manager level who demonstrate strong technical expertise and a desire to grow into a PM role.

As a key member of the project delivery team, the successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, CAD designers, survey staff, and geologists to deliver high-quality engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, technical deliverables, and coordination across disciplines to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil and environmental engineering projects from design through construction.
• Coordinate technical activities with multidisciplinary teams, including CAD designers, surveyors, and geologists.
• Assist in the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Perform site design activities including stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation controls, and hydrology/hydraulics analysis.
• Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, and permit applications.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact with regulatory agencies, contractors, and clients.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to proposal writing, cost estimation, and client presentations, as needed.
