Two years as an Environmental Engineer or equivalent title or five years experience in environmental protection.
Licensed Professional Engineer required (PA or other state).
Valid PA non-commercial Class C driver’s license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Direct staff by assigning work, reviewing performance, and guiding engineering decisions.
Manage permit reviews and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Provide professional engineering direction on permit requirements and program procedures.
Monitor workload, suggest improvements, and track progress to goals.
Participate in meetings with agencies, operators, and stakeholders.
Evaluate requests, reports, and inspections under applicable laws and policies.
