Action Environmental in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead facility operations and support. You will oversee daily operations, manage resources, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance.

The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 5+ years in the environmental field, with strong communication and leadership skills. Some travel to client sites will be necessary, and experience leading remote teams is a plus.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in the Environmental field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative management.
• Coordinate resources required to execute each job or project.
• Ensure Health & Safety, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Maintain visibility at customer sites and drive issue resolution.
• Lead training programs for assigned service lines.
• Procure and coordinate resources, including subcontractors and external vendors.
• Conduct regular operations meetings with key personnel.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage financial and operational metrics and budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales to validate operational feasibility and capacity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
