The L&R Group, LLC is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in environmental remediation, industrial services, and hazardous materials transport. You will lead a large team of project managers, supervisors, drivers, and technicians, driving revenue, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• 8+ years of HAZWOPER/Environmental supervisor and project management experience.
• 10+ years driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, DOT, and RCRA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Field Office teams and model GrayMar values.
• Ensure safe work practices among employees.
• Develop, coach, and promote employees with ongoing feedback.
• Identify and pursue new and existing customer opportunities to grow branch revenue.
• Manage projects in environmental remediation, industrial services, emergency response, and hazardous materials transportation/disposal.
• Coordinate employees, resources, dispatch, scheduling, and project responses across the GrayMar system.
• Develop scope of work, cost estimates, proposals, and safety analyses; communicate with customers and vendors.
• Lead day-to-day project activities including client communication, quality control, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Maintain a safety-centric culture; conduct field safety audits and ensure training is current.
• Complete project documentation and timesheets accurately and promptly.
• Assist GM with payroll and timecards; ensure timely submissions.
• Support waste management activities including manifests, labeling, and recordkeeping.
• Oversee branch vehicle/equipment, inventory, and implement best practices.
• Assist with financials: invoices, P&L, A/P/A/R, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise a large team to ensure staffing and retention.
• Coordinate with HR for career development, problem resolution, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and travel as required.
