Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Supervisors in delivering Environmental Contracting Services.
• Foster safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Develop and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Manage controllable operating expenses.
• Coordinate with Project Management to define scope.
• Model and reinforce core values: Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Quality.
• Support onboarding of new field employees.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for Field Staff.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Spend 30–50% of time in the field for site safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Waste Manager on hazardous/non-hazardous materials compliance.
• Lead monthly operations meetings.
• Pursue personal professional development.
