• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 10+ years in environmental consulting, engineering, or related services with 5+ years of management experience.
• Master's degree or professional registration (PE, PG, PWS, CHMM, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the Orlando office service lines.
• Develop and monitor operational goals and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
