Qualifications

• 10+ years of landfill or waste industry experience.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, expenses and performance metrics.
• Supervisory experience with facility leadership teams.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across facilities.
• Provide direction and support to site leadership teams.
• Manage P&L, budgets, expenses and financial performance.
• Set and monitor performance metrics, productivity and costs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations at all levels.
• Review reports and coordinate staffing, maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate resource planning and facility activities.
