Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the McMinnville facility. You will supervise staff, schedule tasks, ensure safety compliance, and troubleshoot processes to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities include laboratory testing, operating and maintaining equipment, reporting, training subordinates, and leading safety improvements. Requirements include a BS in Chemistry and 4–6 years of hazardous waste experience with HAZWOPER preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related science; equivalent work experience considered.
• 4–6 years hazardous waste experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, EPA, TSCA, OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the plant personnel and schedule day-to-day activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in all operations.
• Perform laboratory testing for product quality assurance and process control.
• Operate, maintain, and assist with equipment and process controls.
• Lead safety initiatives and mentor subordinates; prepare reports and training.
