Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Site Operations Manager for a Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility. This role manages client services across a geographic area, ensuring health and safety, environmental compliance, and training of subordinates while assisting in annual goal setting and profit-and-loss alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of hazardous waste experience required.
• Knowledge of DOT, EPA, TSCA, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and act on opportunities to increase value-added services to customers.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety procedures and regional policies.
• Maintain a professional image to clients by answering inquiries and offering solutions.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations.
• Implement training courses as required by OSHA and refreshers.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of all equipment for optimum efficiency.
• Ensure contract compliance and advise accordingly.
• Provide a safe and compliant work environment.
