Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a results-driven leader to manage client services at a semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will oversee health & safety, environmental compliance, and service delivery while guiding subordinates and ensuring profitability in line with regional objectives.

You will also review estimates and contracts, enforce OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations, and drive value-added services while maintaining a professional client relation and ensuring safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of hazardous waste experience.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks (DOT, EPA, TSCA, OSHA).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to prepare reports and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise client services across a geographic area.
• Ensure health & safety, environmental compliance, and service delivery.
• Hire and train subordinates; set annual goals and monitor P&L.
• Oversee subcontractor projects and approve estimates and contracts.
• Maintain professional client relations and enforce policies.
