• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in B2B business development, OEM sales, or related commercial role.

• Develop market growth strategy for Environmental OEM segments and identify target accounts.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into account strategies and proposals.
• Manage RFQs, proposals, negotiations, and long-term agreements to protect profitability and value.
• Maintain CRM records and provide market feedback to influence product roadmaps and priorities.
